Private day care in Hyvinkää

Guardians can opt also for private day care, which is supported and supervised by municipality. The same Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care is implemented in both the municipal and the private early childhood education and care.

The different forms of private daycare:

• Daycare at a private daycare centre
• Private family daycare
• Daycare given by a nanny hired by the family to work at their home

An application to private day care is made by contacting the day care centre/private family day care directly. The provider of private day care makes the selection of children, and a day care agreement is always made between the child's guardian(s) and the service provider. The private day care provider also determines the day care fee.
